Alaska Housing Finance Corporation - Making mortgages accessible to Alaskans has been at the core of Alaska Housing. Over the years responsibilities of AHFC have expanded to include affordable housing programs, energy efficiency, senior housing and more.

NeighborWorks Alaska - NeighborWorks® Alaska provides affordable apartment homes in convenient locations all over Anchorage and loan programs for home buyers.

Habitat for Humanity - Habitat partners with hard-working, low-income families who need housing to help build a better life for themselves and their loved ones.

Catholic Social Services - Brother Francis Shelter and Clare House are more than just emergency shelters for adults and families. Homeless Family Services Case Managers work around the clock to help people move out of homelessness.

Alaska Legal Services Corporation - ALSC helps people avoid eviction or foreclosure, resolve landlord-tenant disputes, and ensure adequate repairs are made to substandard housing. ALSC also offers a Landlord/Tenant Legal Helpline to provide free assistance to both tenants and landlords with legal questions and situations.

Cook Inlet Housing Authority - Contact Cook Inlet Housing Authority to find out if you qualify for reduce rent or other programs that keep you in your home or help you find housing for you and your family.

Lutheran Social Services  - Lutheran Social Services provides help with their food pantry, housing, transportation, and financial assistance.
